Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase here at Florid Outfits. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in unused and in original condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@Florid Outfits.COM within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange request.
Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

4. Return Process
Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original packing slip and the RA number.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tractable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as per your request.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and it will credited to the original payment method with in 3-7 days.
Shipping fees and any applicable charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges
If you're exchanging an item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate the new item details in your return package or during your communication with our customer service team.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund.


7. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will replace it or provide a full refund.
